Fees for services can be based upon an hourly rate or as is often the alternative on a basis of contingent fee where there is usually no fee unless the case is successfully prosecuted to a satisfactory award.

Mr. Burke only represents employees and their claims and not businesses throughout northern Wisconsin by the filing of claimant with the Wisconsin Equal Rights Division, the Federal Employment Equal Opportunity Employment Commission and remedies in Federal Court; particularly those under the Title VII, the Age and Discrimination Act and other Federal Statutes protecting the employee from unfair treatment by the Employer and Disabilities Act.

In normal course, initial consultation for contingent fee type cases are done without charge.  Mr.  Burke has a special interest in cases where the supervisors have acted in a pattern of harassment to employees by both verbal and other conduct resulting in the employee being uncomfortable in the workplace, or being terminated.

There are special and effective remedies available for a person who has been mistreated by their employer.
